Description

Engineering coordination/project management of new product manufacturing processes development (new equipment/technology investigation, equipment and processes capability evaluation).
Creates, coordinates, implements and keeps track of new production processes preparation plans/schedules.
Reports progress and results for new product /project preparation to Management based on a pre-scheduled plan.
Provides Engineering/Technical support to all company's production processes/equipment as requested by Management including but not limited to Injection Molding, Masking, Painting, Vibration Welding and Assembly.
Continuosly evaluates processes KPIs and continuosly investigates and proposes improvements to production proceses to ensure efficient, productive, cost effective and high quality processes in production based on Company targets.
Provides technical and statistical expertise (statisitical process control), actively participates in the root cause and corrective actions analysis of customer defect complaints, implements actions and follows up to quality and production problems.
Designs and develops mechanisms, tools, fixtures and jigs for any Company manufacturing processs needs.
Designs and develps Product Packaging and coordinates implementation from concept to SOP, updating information in the Toyota's V-PACS system when assigned by Management.
Supports production teams to promote accountability to meet department goals and companywide targets.
Plans, schedules, and coordinates departmental activities to fulfill sales orders, meet inventory requirements, deliver manufactured products in a timely manner and ultimately meet company's goals and objectives.
Maintains good relationship with customers and acts as primary contact point for engineering related issues as directed by Management.
Creates and maintains documentation in accordance with company's quality system standards. The documentation includes but is not limited to work instructions, process manuals, process condition sheets, engineering change bulletins and tools/jigs design drawings, among other.
Follows company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices. Follows standard work procedures, standards of conduct, and meets performance expectations.
Actively participates in continuous improvement projects (Kaizen) and cooperates with project teams to achieve Company goals.

2 Years in Production Mfg experience
Skilled in Robotics, Injection Molding Process
